Questions
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You move to the free plan. Every book, word, note and review you have is still there; only the AI features get an allowance of 10 a day. Upgrade whenever you like.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The trial starts the moment you create an account, and nothing is charged unless you choose Pro later.
- What does "5 texts at a time" mean?
- On the free plan you can keep 5 of your own texts — pasted, uploaded, fetched by link or lyrics — active at once. Archive one and the slot is free again. Books from the catalogue and the sample texts never count.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the Plan page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then you continue on the free plan.
- Is VAT included?
- The exact total, including any VAT that applies where you live, is shown by Stripe before you confirm.
